Hi, I’m Yujie Mo (莫宇杰 in Chinese). I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at ZhangLab at the National University of Singapore (NUS), working with Prof. Yang Zhang. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), under the supervision of Prof. Xiaofeng Zhu. During my Ph.D., I also spent time as a visiting student at the Learning and Vision (LV) Lab at NUS, where I worked with Prof. Xinchao Wang. My research interests include protein structure prediction, protein design, graph representation learning, and self-supervised/unsupervised learning. Check my CV for more details.
